The staff are welcoming and superbly friendly, managed the parking next to the hotel. The location of the property is GOOD, right by Rabat Ville train station as well as the centre of Rabat. There's Grillade Adil serving quick orders just walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel's location on Mohamed V Avenue is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city's monuments and landmarks. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of beauty treatments, including massages and baths in petals of roses, which left us feeling pampered and relaxed. We loved the Moroccan lounges in the riad, where we could unwind and enjoy the unique atmosphere. The free continental breakfast served each morning was a great way to start our day and provided a good variety of options.
Bathroom sink too big.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.
First, there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms. Second, the staff was inhospitable and unhelpful.

Amazing experience! the staff was welcoming and accommodating. They always had a smile and went above and beyond to help us out. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed to attend. the room was always clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast offered a range of tasty options to choose from and provided us with the energy we needed for the day.
That we could not use our credit card to pay for the room, and we had to withdraw cash in the middle of the day. It was a bit inconvenient and could have been better if they accepted credit cards.

Taoufik, the incredibly kind and solution-oriented receptionist, made my stay unforgettable. The doormen were also incredibly kind. The central location allowed for easy access to the train station, citadel, medina, and seaside. The retro decoration and bright rooms with terraces were charming. The breakfasts were delicious, with black coffee, Moroccan cakes, omelette, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel itself was amazing, with attentive staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a stunning sunset view from the terrace. The area around the hotel was vibrant with many cafés and restaurants. The staff were helpful, providing extra blankets when requested. it was a mind-blowing experience with outstanding service, making me eager to return.
